Since Attorney William Green and his wife Attorney Christine Kapsos founded Green & Kapsos Law Offices, L.L.C., in 1990, they have provided personalized and professional service and sound legal advice to thousands of clients.
At our firm, we do not practice "cookie cutter" law. It is not a one size fits all firm. Each case is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we look at each client's individual needs before determining the best legal action to take.

Attorney William H. Green received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1990. After graduation, he moved back to his wife Christine's hometown of Milwaukee to open Green & Kapsos Law Offices, L.L.C.. He practices law in the areas of consumer and small business bankruptcy, Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13. He also does some family and divorce work, tax negotiation, and small business litigation for clients. He is a member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, and the Wisconsin Association of Trial Attorney's. His clients know him as "Will". In November 2010, he was named a Trustee for Chapter 128 Amortization of Debts, pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 128.21.Attorney Christine A. Kapsos:
Attorney Christine A. Kapsos received her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1998. She practices law in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. She also assists clients with family law, custody, placement, visitation, divorce, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and simple wills. Besides these areas of practice, Attorney Kapsos is the managing partner of Green & Kapsos Law Offices, L.L.C.. She is a member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
